When dear friend and incredible wedding and portrait photographer, Brea McDonald, asked me to create her wedding stationery I was overjoyed. It’s always a huge compliment when a fellow industry professional appreciates your work. Brea and I met many years ago now… out on Nantucket, and later shared a studio space in York Village. She’s known me through the early years of my marriage, the birth of my two boys and the buying and selling of homes. She’s taken some of my all-time most beloved family photographs and helped me rebrand Sara Fitz from behind her lens. She is caring and enthusiastic, supportive and encouraging.
I was thrilled for her when she met her now husband, Scott. And funnily enough, we discovered that I knew him from high school! This world can feel so small at times. Together, they form the perfect couple… he is the quiet to her sound, the calm to her silly. They are true love realized. Their wedding was a romantic and rustic celebration, that was just as gorgeous in person, as it looks in these stunning images below. I’m grateful to have played a role in this magical day.
