Sara Fitz takes pride in our products and our customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our studio promptly so that we may be of assistance.
For online orders, please allow approximately 1 business week for non-personalized item processing. Products requiring custom detail (note cards, select art prints) may take an additional 1-3 business days. Our studio will contact you via email of any delays in processing.
Our studio ships via UPS ground. Please allow approximately 1 business week for non-personalized item processing, prior to shipping. Personalized products (note cards, select art prints) may require additional processing time. Once product ships, you can expect package(s) to arrive within 1-5 business days, in most cases and depending on your location within the United States. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz is not responsible for shipping timeline once package is in the hands of the carrier.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products. Store credit will be applied to non-personalized items once they are received by our studio. Kindly contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package(s). Item must be returned in original, unopened packaging and be in salable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and our studio does not take responsibility for return shipping fees.
In the event a package is lost during the shipping process, our studio is not held responsible. Please do notify us if your package is not received when expected.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our studio within 7 business days of order receipt and we will happily facilitate a return.
