Shipping + returns
Sara Fitz™ takes great pride in our products and our customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact our studio promptly so that we may be of assistance.
Prior to shipping, please allow approximately 1 business week for order processing of all in-stock items, with exception to select wallpaper and framed art prints. These require lengthier lead time as they are produced on demand (please refer to item details).
If an item is out of stock, kindly sign up for our email list to stay posted. Feel free to contact the studio with any questions.
Our studio ships via UPS ground and USPS. Once an order leaves our studio (lead times vary, please see above) you can expect package(s) to arrive within 1-5 business days, in most cases and depending on your location within the United States. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz is not responsible for shipping timeline once package is in the hands of the carrier, or lost packages.
Framed Art Prints
Framed art prints will ship directly from Simply Framed via FedEx ground. Frames are custom made by hand to order and require a turnaround time of approx. 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz™ is not responsible for shipping timeline or lost packages.
Refunds will be issued on unused goods with exception to the following final sale items: wallpaper and framed art prints. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package(s). Item must be returned in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and our studio does not take responsibility for return shipping fees.
In the event a package is lost during the shipping process, our studio is not held responsible. Please do notify us if your package is not received when expected.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact our studio within 7 business days of order receipt and we will happily facilitate a return.
