Shipping + returns
Sara Fitz™ takes great pride in our products and our customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our studio promptly so we can assist you.
Order Processing*
Before shipping, please allow approximately one business week for order processing of all in-stock items, except select wallpaper and framed art prints. These items require a longer lead time, as they are produced on demand (please refer to the item details).
If an item is out of stock, kindly sign up for our email list to stay posted. Feel free to contact the studio with any questions.
Shipping*
Our studio ships via UPS ground and USPS. Once an order leaves our studio (lead times vary, please see above), you can expect package(s) to arrive within 1-5 business days, in most cases, and depending on your location within the United States. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz is not responsible for the shipping timeline once the package is in the carrier's possession, or for lost packages.
Framed Art Prints
Framed art prints will be shipped directly from Simply Framed via FedEx Ground. Frames are custom-made by hand to order and require a turnaround time of approximately 2-3 weeks. Tracking information will be provided via email. Sara Fitz™ is not responsible for shipping timelines or lost packages.
Refunds*
Refunds will be issued on unused goods, except for the following final sale items: wallpaper and framed art prints. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your package(s). The item must be returned in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and our studio does not cover return shipping fees.
In the event a package is lost during the shipping process, our studio is not held responsible. Please notify us if your package is not received by the expected delivery date.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please don't hesitate to contact our studio within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will be happy to facilitate a return.
